kronos king of time

at beige i have to put in my hours on this system known as kronos... KING OF TIME. i use this application for about 3 minutes every couple of weeks. So, I get emails all the time in all caps about kronos maintenance, that it will be down, it needs a reboot etc. then i get another email 15 minutes later thanking me for my patience. I never use this thing. no one cares if it goes down. it drives me crazy.
