A Day for the Relics

No beige for me today. It is a day for the relics. My butler is prancing, a high-stepping trot, ready to be useful and helpful at the relic shack. We are packing a lunch of dewdrop tea and biscuits, some goat's milk and crunchy carrots. But there is a dark force lurking in the semi-consciousness - inertia and confusion - and its persistant menace must be defeated today. My butler has set a trap for belief and hopes to return it to me post-haste. I hope it is successful, but belief is a tricky demon, slippery and guaze-like, so we will lay down the bait and wish that it takes. I hope it to be a glorious, fun-filled day for all my special magic-folk.

The walk to the relic shack is being stalled while I await the workers who will inspect the roof/shingles of my dwelling. Arthur desires them to photo the roofshingles while up there on the ladders and trapeze ropes. I hope they are nice workers and not scary. This is unknown.

Good morning FB! Good luck at the relic shack. I will be at my shack this afternoon...trying to make sense of things. That is all we can do.

Let's have a rat-free day..okay?

hi! yes, i prefer a rat-free day. I hope it can be accomplished, but one never knows. Where are these roof workers??? I am trapped until they come.

Slothy is trapped in the beige world today, FB and PD. Relish your freedom and let it range far and wide.

I am scared of the relic shack. relics were returned the other night & I don't want to uncover them. I have no ideas also.

Sloth, good luck at beige. It is at times a necessary evil.

MM, hope you are ok!! We miss you!

Sloth...I had so much beige this week...next week I will take a couple of days of freedom!

FB, the relic shack can sometimes be scary, it's true. Remember that it's okay just to hang out there, even if inspiration doesn't strike 24/7. Be with your relics. Commune with them. Unwrap and love them. They are lovable.

PD, enjoy the freedom; hopefully there is a beach involved.

yes sloth, i must commune with the relics. belief must be restored before the ideas will return. roofers still not here!!! grrrrrr.

No beach Sloth...just books, relics, and the park.

FB: these guys always keep you waiting...it's part of their job description.

roofers never showed.I called them to ask what was going on... oh he got hung up in Queens. He can come by sometime later this afternoon. So I said forget it. Rescheduled. How is it that businesses that do this can be successful? FB irritated now. got up at 7:30 on non-work day to be ready for workers.

fb, do not be irritated. drink some dew drop tea and prance with your butler to the relic shake. all will be revealed therein, I believe.

oh FB. I was going to comment about the goodness-badness cycle and how it is turning back to goodness today.

but then I got an email from the hooker that gave me a solar flare of temper.

must breathe in and not bash. She is somewhat like the dumb bunnies that you posted yesterday. But the bunnies are lovable.

I still think the goodness is returning. hooray for everyone here!

i pray for goodness to come to you Krix! I spoke with a craigslist roofer and he is coming to evaluate on Sunday. So I feel better now. we will collect the estimates and info - it will proceed.

hexes to the hooker!!

I am under the weather today but with the fine assistance of cold pills relatively ok. must leave now. off to see relics.
