Arthur Magnet
Today Arthur is a magnetic force for the neighbors. He had to be nice and drink the silver bullets with the drunken cesar, who slips into the spanish which arthur does not understand. The other nice neighbors came out to tell stories. One looks after our house and plants and car while we are away which is very kind. We like. Now in the backyard Arthur has a new little girl friend. He cannot venture outside without making new friends today. The FB cowers in the interiors watching. This is his nature of which he is not proud. Arthur is good and relaxed. But no more door bells and silver bullets please.

Hi FB. Arthur may need to have his trap sewn shut. You are making yourself vulnerable to a multitude of unwanted, forced and uninhabitable interactions that may cause more and more lurking behind curtains on your part. He is kind, this Arthur, but most unwise.

I am able to make myself invisible sometimes, so this is helpful. Arthur is too much of a dude to get by this way, but he is able to handle so far. He doesn't care so much. He is a good and strange one. I will continue to spy and lurk, however. It's because there are never any cute ladies, only dudes.
Yes--beware of the lurkings. But Arthur is a rat-fighting warrior...so he knows how to handle things.
Yes, Arthur is friendly and warrior-ish. Drunken but well-meaning characters do not alarm him as they do me. We have a rule that no one is invited inside the house - well, some would be invited because they are kind and safe, but not the young drunken ones. Arthur bought tires from this Cesar one day and he helped fix our car and get flats fixed and such. He means well, just a little problematic maybe.
Keep the youngins outta the house--good idea. I have crazy neighbors who are not young or drunk...but crazy beyond belief. My neighbor complains when I exhale.
My neighbor sends around 14 page emails when I tread too heavily on the stairs. Arthur is good, FB, I hope you realize I meant no harm when I suggested his trap be sewn shut. It is just that I am looking out for your delicateness. I do not want threatening scenarios to enter upon you.
Will you post the 14 page emails from your neighbors?? I heart this friendly and warm kind of correspondence. Or maybe just the good excerpts.

I used the soulless Ikea furniture as an opportunity to deliver back some of the goodness bestowed upon Minerva and I by the Dutch bangers downstairs. It was non-stop hammering, thumping and dragging.

My neighbor complained that my faucets were squeaky. She writes novellas in the complaint book about such things, and includes the time of the squeaks. Almost always, it is during an hour when I am not home.
