spock lyre

Daiel was telling me of this star trek episode where spock plays his lute/lyre to a colony of space hippies. somehow he is the only member of the enterprise that isn't part of the "establishment" and is therefore able to commune with them.

nasty space hippies

"if i had a vulcan hammer"

after spock soothes the hippie revolution he wonders, "did i just sell out?"

I remember this episode!! In the one of the scenes you posted, Spock is really rocking out, with his head bobbing up and down. He's a really great actor and is musically talented, too.

Isn't there another episode in which both Spock and Kirk get stoned by sniffing this really big flower, or am I making that up?

Your preview of the new JCrew Spring 2006 swimwear collection is rocking my worlds within worlds. I'll take the halter top Man Bikini on the left in XXL
Thanks!

Corny, you will look smashing -- it is the slingshot mankini of its day.

JD, are you thinking of the episode where they go to the tropical planet and the spores fly out "boioioing" and suddenly Kirk's dead wife is giving him a hand job? I loved that one.

I am crying inside from delight. This is too good. Esp. so close to your painting. Something spacey hippie about that too, in the best way. Buffalo from space hippie planet.

sloth, i NEED to see this episode with the hand job and the spores.

I wish arthur would wear this man bikini just around the house to do the vacuuming, cleaning the cat boxes, light industrial work, etc. It really captures the Jcrew look. The love of devil may care.

i am really wanting to make a spock painting. It would be dumb, but entertaining for me. Spock in the flowers. ?

spock paintings would totally sell.

and that is always my primary motivation, of course.

Spock looks really bummed out in the bottom picture. Perhaps he is grasping the poverty of neoliberalism?

he is really bummed out - i think he is just coming down. no more hippy sex and drugs for spock.

I think you should completely redirect your artistic focus and do nothing but really extreme, hardcore gay Spock/Dr. McCoy porn. They always had this kind of flirty yet adverserial relationship on the show that reminded me of the two Jays on America's Next Top Model, and now that DeForest Kelly is no more, I think you should depict his unfulfilled destiny of being Spock's little ass-whore it in the most graphic manner possible.

I will not be satisfied until you swear on the eyes of your children that your first painting will depict "Bones" crawling away from Spock in tears, with blood gushing from his rectum.

yes daiel. this is an interesting take. I will simply call this series "bones" . note that I will depict these fellows in their later geriatric splendor. spock will have a thing that he does with his ears.

the star trek uniform is a perfect vehicle for describing the male parts.
