art shows this weekend

Mountain Man and Uncle Fritz will have relics on display this Saturday night at sixtyseven gallery in the chelsea forest as many know already. It should be a delightful bunch of treats for the viewing...but i also want to mention another event happening this Friday night (the 16th) from 6 - 10pm. It is called "in good company" a large-ish group show. everything is for sale - 100$. !!! I will be on the hunt for that special relic. Seriously though, some really good artists are contributing work to this. Here is the website for more info:

One more thing... Explosivo! will be selling artist made things to raise money for future curatorial projects at Artists and Fleas in W'burg next Wednesday through Friday night (21st - 23rd of december). Not expensive. I contributed three tote bags (not sure if they sold) but it should have some nice stuff for the gift giving. check the website for more info:

last thing. today i will update my website with some new relics. for those in the know....

you are cute! i am in the process of the update. there are only 3 new ones to add, and then 2 ones from my show that i never had a picture of. maybe not for the blog posting only the website a-roo.

note: i originally posted the explosivo sale dates incorrectly. NEXT week. not this week. it is correct now.

i am losing it. nearing breakdown. my hunch is a temple - a pyramid - and my mind is a mudslide. rabid animal trapped behind bars, ready to slice, to stab. the dry recycled air is poisoning.

{fist raised in air, kneeling slowly}...BEEIGE, you are KILLING me!

oh fb!!!!

in my class tonight we are talking about blogs. I could teach the class. I am trying hard to keep my mouth shut and not make corrections.

I don't understand how the instructor could make this topic so redundant and boring. I had to flee to phantastic and other favorite blogs at the break, just for respite.
